Ingredients

5 tbs Tamarind concentrate
2 tbs Palm sugar
1 tbs Lime juice
5 tbs Fish sauce
3 big bulbs Shallots (thinly sliced)
handful Cilantro (roughly chopped)
1/4 cup Ground roasted rice
3 tbs Ground roasted chili
